Bore Guide for AR-15

Description

The bore guide for AR-15 has been designed for safe and precise barrel cleaning in AR-15 platform rifles. This Gun Power Nation product enables proper guidance of the cleaning rod through the chamber and barrel, reducing the risk of damage to the firearm’s interior.

The component is mounted in the bolt carrier and maintains the cleaning rod precisely aligned with the bore axis. This reduces the risk of damage to the chamber, crown, and bore interior during cleaning.

The bore guide is made of polyoxymethylene (POM), also known as polyacetal. This material is characterized by high wear resistance, low friction coefficient, and resistance to chemical cleaning agents used for firearms. Additionally, it does not cause damage to the rifle’s metal surfaces.

Precision machining ensures proper geometry and stable seating of the bore guide in the bolt carrier. The design features two functional channels – a 9 mm diameter chamber entry and a 12 mm diameter cleaning rod guide channel.
